Lavender Essential Oil Uses

• Beauty & Skin Care: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to lotions, shampoos, and skin care products. Make a refreshing body scrub by combining coconut oil, sugar and a few drops of oil.

• Bath: Combine 4 drops of essential oil with 1 cup Epsom salt for a relaxing hot bath. Make a basic homemade body scrub with coconut oil, sugar, and a few drops of Lavender essential oil.

• Relaxation: Massage oil onto back or neck to help de-stress.  

• Before bed: Rub oil on the bottom of your feet or spritz your pillow with distilled water and Lavender mixed in a spray bottle.

• Deodorizer: Diffuse a few drops to banish stale odors.

Instructions

Topical: Dilution is not required for topical use but is recommended for those with extremely sensitive skin. Use as required.

Aromatic: Diffuse for up to 1 hour at a time, 3 times per day.
