This study has to do with obesity, diets and weight loss. And what constitutes the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

University of Florida researchers looked at 262 obese women who were on diets, then split them into three groups based on how fast they shed the pounds.

The researchers found that the chubs who lost weight the fastest early on — 1.5 pounds or more per week — were five times more likely to have lost 10 percent of their body weight by the 18-month mark than those who lost only half a pound a week, according to the study in the International Journal of Behavioral Medicine.

However, the most important thing when it comes to losing weight is how you’re doing it. And time and time again it seems the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to limit the intake of carbs and sugar and get more protein in the diet. This is basically the Adkins diet. Another valuable tip is to walk at least 5 minutes after eating. This will in effect “trick” your body into burning the calories you just ate for energy instead of storing them as fat.

There have been a number of statistics collected regarding network marketing. One of them is about how many people the average network marketer recruits in their time spent with the company. This figure is just under 3, for all intents and purposes we’ll say it is 3.

For those who know me you might now be thinking what’s he getting at? What I’m getting at is network marketing comp plans and their role in creating success for the average network marketer.

Without criticizing other comp plans this is why I see the Pur3x comp to be the very best comp plan for the average person to make way above average income. What makes the Pure3x comp plan so special is its designed for the average person to have success. We already said the average network marketer only recruits 3 people. Someone I was conversing with just yesterday was seriously considering joining Pure3x, however was wondering how this was different than other programs he had been involved with in the past.

Everyone Would Love a Home Business so Lucrative they could Vacation on the Beaches of Hawaii!

Here is what I sent him, which is a good analysis of how I view the Pure3x home business opportunity.

First observation – this came my way as an answer to prayer – in the past programs that came to me in this regard have allowed me to do very well – the last one over 5 years ago bought me a new home on a golf course.

That aside it’s ground floor but without what  are the typically the big problems typically associated with a ground floor opportunity.
From what I’ve seen I believe the company is very sound and the owner not only has created the wealth (over 20 million dollars) to fund this business (so obviously he knows how to create and grow a business, but 100% of the funding for Pure3x-Pur3x is his own money. His own skin is in the game. If the person behind Pure3x is smart enough to create the money to start a business and then is willing to risk his own money behind a great idea. Than I feel pretty confident investing the small amount I’m investing in getting started with Pur3x.

That in itself, just being able to stay in business isn’t what really excites me as this is much more than a ground floor opportunity with a company – this is a ground floor opportunity with a ground floor concept.

I remember back about 1999 the first powerline systems came online with network marketing companies. They were a huge success – one particular organization brought on like 100,000 new distributors in a year. However, the opportunity didn’t last, because the comp plan with that company couldn’t have been any worse to support that type of system.

The point is, that was a new revolutionary concept that people loved. I see this 3×12 matrix system with only 3 enrollees as something that will eventually create a wave of enthusiasm like the powerline systems, because people will be able to see themselves having success with this. Plus this should last long term because the comp plan is designed to create and handle this excitement versus creating a system that the comp plan couldn’t handle.

I understand your concerns – what I have found is that people who weren’t interested in other programs are signing up in this. I tell people because of this 3×12 matrix I’m working and marketing for you – everything I do benefits someone or someones in my downline organization. I believe it will create a spirit of teamwork like I’ve never seen before.

I don’t know what’s right for you and I don’t want to talk someone into something they’re not really interested in, however, I’m putting my considerable marketing efforts behind this because I’m betting it’s going to be huge.

I almost hate to write this article because I hate to be negative about anything. However, it’s real hard for me to remain positive when I look at the comp plans of most network marketing companies. A good comp plan I believe works within the framework of human nature of the average person. For example most comp plans are written for the superstar. For example one particular bonus may pay you $500 or more for signing up 5 people or more in a month, or signing up 2 people and then helping each of them signup 3 people.

This may sound great in theory, however it’s bad in the following areas. First of all statistics prove 95% of all distributors in a business will never qualify for this bonus. So why would you want your comp plan to feature something that only benefits less than 5% of your distributors  as the money that the company pays for these bonuses could go to pay the 95% of distributors more money. It is a proven fact that the biggest reason most distributors leave a network marketing company is they’re not making enough money. Then if enough distributors quit eventually the superstars (heavy hitters) go off to another company. It happens all the time.

Also almost everyone that gets involved in a network marketing home business likes the idea of residual income. A bonus for recruiting is a temporary bonus and does nothing for residual income.  How many people do you know that can signup 5 people month after month?

Think about any great sports team, what makes them great? Is it because each player works one on one, or is it because they work as a team? The answer is pretty obvious, great teams have great teamwork.

So what amazes me is why companies in the network marketing industry create compensation pay plans which create selfish behavior. Behavior  which basically says to certain people in the organization I’d love to help you, but I can make more in the comp plan if I work in this leg or with these people. If would cost me money to spend more time with you – this statement usually isn’t spoken, however, from experience I’ve seen it influence this very behavior.

I believe this selfish comp plan mentality is largely responsible for the failure rate being as high as it is in Network Marketing. When I look at all the various  companies in the MLM arena I see comp plans designed to mainly help the top 5- 10% of people with bonuses, etc that only a small percentage of distributors will qualify for.

To me it only makes sense to create a comp plan that appeals to the great masses, that the 80% of people can succeed. I know I personally can make a lot more money with a comp plan that helps the 80% or so of people be successful versus earning some of these bonuses in another plan.

That’s what I really like about the Pure3x – Pur3x comp plan – a simple 3×12 matrix that only requires you to recruit just three people. A simple comp plan people can easily see. It’s much easier to be successful when you’re clear on what you must do. People take action with a clear plan, often people don’t take action because they’re unclear of what they must do to succeed.

I saw somebody today pitching a new ground floor opportunity and I took a look at their great comp plan. It was a binary that featured this bonus and that bonus. Bonuses that aren’t sustainable, I ask the question, “What is so great about a fast start bonus that pays someone a decent $60 check for the first month or two and in the 3rd month when that bonus expires the check goes to $15 or $20?” I know what the intention is but the reality after 3 months a check goes down which discourages people.

Of course in this binary program it was set up to pay you a percentage of your lesser leg. This is a guaranteed rip off for the distributor. Let’s say the comp plan pays 10% of the lesser leg. If both legs are totally balanced (the ideal) the comp plan pays 5% of your total volume. Now lets say one leg is twice as big as the other leg, now the comp plan pays 3.3% of your total volume. Actually I have often seen in reality that one leg can be 3- 10 times great than the other.  3 times mean you’re only earning 2.5% on your whole group.

1. First is the fact that the founder Andrew Rinehart through his own ingenuity and business skill was able to create for himself the many many millions of dollars for the founding of Pur3X. When someone is willing to invest their own money I trust and have confidence in them much more than someone who is using someone elses money to finance their company or business.
2. I absolutely love the the 3 x 12 Matrix Comp Plan. And you only have to recruit 3 people to earn all 12 levels. That is amazing and doable by virtually anyone. When one of the typical comp plans says “We pay 8 different way!” what it really means there are 8 hoops you’ve got to jump through.  Over 90% of the people will never be able to capitalize on at least half of those 8 ways.  I do believe  the Pur3x comp plan is the most simple solid compensation plan in the entire network marketing industry and will revolutionize the industry. It makes so much sense, up until now with the traditional comp plans  in the industry when you’re being recruited into a business regardless of all the talk from the upline of how I’ll help you build your business in reality you’re making your upline richer than they are making you rich. Think about it with a 3 x 12 matrix once you recruit your first level 3 people everyone you recruit benefits one or more people in your downline as much as yourself and upline. This is also true of your upline people and the people they recruit.  This has the appeal of a spillover binary without the messy balancing of legs of a binary.
3. I happened to attend the company launch on January 3oth.  I couldn’t believe all of the excited people in attendance. About 400 in total. With only about 2000 people in the company right now this is truly a remarkable ground floor opportunity.
