There have been a number of statistics collected regarding network marketing. One of them is about how many people the average network marketer recruits in their time spent with the company. This figure is just under 3, for all intents and purposes we’ll say it is 3.

For those who know me you might now be thinking what’s he getting at? What I’m getting at is network marketing comp plans and their role in creating success for the average network marketer.
Without criticizing other comp plans this is why I see the Pur3x comp to be the very best comp plan for the average person to make way above average income. What makes the Pure3x comp plan so special is its designed for the average person to have success. We already said the average network marketer only recruits 3 people. Well that’s all a person is required to do to earn on every person in their 3×12 matrix. No legs to balance, or other hoops to jump through.
Whether you’re an average person or a heavy recruiter you need to seriously take a look at Pure3x over anything else. For the average person the comp plan doesn’t require you to do more than what statistics show you will do. That’s a recipe for success. A recipe for failure is to join a company and comp plan that requires you do more for success than what the average person is known to do. It means you must perform at above average levels to have success.
But more than that consider this. If you really want to make the big money in network marketing or any business for that matter you must have a lot of people in your organization. The more people you have the more money you will make.
Which means you can’t have people quitting. When someone quits you must replace them – it’s hard to grow any business when you keep losing customers. The number 1 reason someone quits or stops working a network marketing home business is they’re not making money.
On the other hand the opposite is true, when someone has success they not only don’t quit but they tell others, which brings in more people and expands your business. And this is why the heavy hitter recruiters should be very interested in Pure3x. With the ability for the average person to have success and the fact that most people you recruit or average is pretty simple to figure anybody would have more success in a system with a comp plan that allows the largest number of people to have success.

The same is true of network marketing, most people that you will ever recruit in network marketing by definition are simply average. So if you’re going to succeed in a big way in network marketing you better have a comp plan like Pure3x that allows the average person to have success. While most comp plans are stacked against the average network marketer the Pure3x is designed for the average person to have a level of success like they have never experienced before.
