Peppermint Essential Oil Uses
Post-workout relief: After an intense workout at the gym, dilute 3-4 drops with Young Living’s V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and apply topically for a refreshing massage.
Home spa: The next time you draw a bath, add a few drops of Peppermint and Eucalyptus Radiata to hot water and enjoy a soothing soak.
Pair with other oils: Although wonderful by itself, Peppermint can be paired with its close relatives Rosemary and Lavender and diffused in an energizing, elevating experience.
Topical: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 4 drops of V-6™ Complex or olive oil. When using for the first time, test by applying a small amount to a small area of skin (the underside of your arm is recommended). If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Otherwise, use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse in 10 minute increments up to 3 times per day.
